Islanders 2009 Tryouts

The Puerto Rico Islanders FC will hold open tryouts for the 2009 season on January 22nd to the 24th. Players must be present for all sessions to be considered.

Schedule:

Thursday, January 22, 2009 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday, January 23, 2009 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 24, 2009 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Tryouts will be held at the Olympic Village in Salinas, Puerto Rico (about an hour away from San Juan).

Registration and Fees:

The registration fee to attend the tryouts is $100.00 USD. Our Head Coach, Mr. Colin Clarke, will be assessing players attending the tryouts.

Players requiring accommodations at the Salinas Olympic Center will be charged $400.00 USD (includes meals, transportation from and to airport and registration fee). For reservations, please contact us immediately. Space is limited.

To attend the tryouts, you must fill out both, the 2009 Tryout Application and the 2009 Tryout Waiver and Release from Liability, and mail them, along with a check or money order (for the corresponding amount) made out to: Puerto Rico Islanders FC. Completed forms and payment should be mailed to:

You may fax all the documents to (787) 725-1339 in order to reserve your space. However, spaces will not be guaranteed until full payment is received. Full payment must be received by January 15, 2009 in order to confirm your participation.
