

2009 USL-1 “Normalized” Standings – Week #4

The Puerto Rico Islanders tied the Austin Aztex 1-1 in “normal” week-4 action to remain undefeated in 2nd place) with 8 points, only 2 points behind the leading Carolina Railhaks, in this “normal” week’s standings. The Railhawks also drew (scoreless tie) this week.
In other 4th “normal” week action this weekend, Miami FC lost 1-0 to Charleston. It was the Blues second loss in a row, which dropped them to 5th place in the stadings. The Montreal Impact lost its third in a row to remain in 10th place. The 2008 USL-2 Champion Cleveland City Stars finally got their 1st point in the standings as they played a scoreless tie with the Portland Timbers.
The Minnesota Thunder lost this week, while Rochester and Vancouver won their respective matches.
