Tonight was the end of the Islanders‘ sister team Sevilla Puerto Rico’s dream in the CFU (Caribbean Football Union) Club Champions Cup, as the 2008 Puerto Rico Soccer League (PRSL) champions lost on the road 2-0 to the Greenbay Hoppers in St. John’s, Antigua. The USL-1 Islanders and the 2008 Puerto Rico Soccer League (PRSL) champion Sevilla FC PR were scoreless in a friendly at Juan Ramón Loubriel stadium, in Bayamón. The scrimmage game was part of the training excersizes for both teams before their next international commitments later this month.
