  FWIW, if you normalize to 18 games (all but 2 teams have played >= 18)you have:
  1. Portland 35 pts
  2. Carolina 33
  3. Charleston 31
  4. Rochester 29
  5. Puerto Rico 27
  6. Miami 24
  7. Montreal 22
  8. Austin 15
  9. Cleveland 12

  James, read the previous posts. Normalized in this context is when all teams have played the same number of games. So we can’t normalize week 18, until all teams have played 18 games.
